Omega Stainless Steel Pocketwatch w/ Chain Item #13164 Price $450
Here we have a great looking vintage Omega pocketwatch from the early 1950's. The 48.5 mm stainless steel Staybrite case is signed Omega, ref #374-15. There is some surface wear from normal use, but far less than you would expect from something more than 50 years old. Used, but well cared for would best describe its condition. The crystal is acrylic and in perfect condition.
The dial on this one is VERY pretty with an offwhite (almost matte silver) background and a matching, textured subseconds register. A matched high polish stainless steel hand set tops it all off. There is some aging to the dial that really jumps in the photos, but in your hand you'll see what's there is pretty minor given its age. The watch is powered by an Omega signed, Swiss made movement with 15 jewels. The watch comes on a matching stainless steel chain with industrial-style links. The clasp is signed "OMD Zenith".
