Very Rare Illinois wristwatch with an unusual screw back and bezel sterling silver case with hinged lugs. It's a big watch for the period, measuring 35X47 mm. The 17 jewel signed movement features a micrometric regulator and gold train wheels. Superb solid sterling silver 3 piece case has been lightly polished and shows only minor signs of wear. Original enamel dial (minor hairlines that have been cleaned) and hands look great. The original style "onion" crown and glass crystal complete this rare find.
