Rare and seldom seen Mido "Dateometer" in a signed gold capped stainless steel case measuring 34m X 40.60 mm lug to lug. The bezel is solid gold and the lugs are capped in gold just like some of the early Omegas and Rolexes. This a early calendar Mido with a bumper automatic 17 jewel movement, cal. 917. Mido signed crown. Original dial with matching hands, sweep seconds and center date indicator. Rare Mido calendar model with auto wind and in all original condition from the late 40's. Comes on a new leather strap.
