Rolex 18K Chronometer Item #1463 Price $3200

Very rare Rolex ref. #4488, 18K yellow gold Chronometer grade wristwatch in fantastic condition. It features Rolex's top-of-line movement at the time and is signed "Chronometer, 18 Rubies Timed 6 positions". The snap-back case shows very little wear and retains its Rolex Crown and serial number on the outside of the caseback. Most have had these polished or worn off. It's bigger than most measuring 35mm across the bezel and 43.8 lug to lug. The crown is original as is the hands. The dial has been expertly refinished and looks great. The case has been lightly polished than cleaned and the movement was serviced. This Rare Rolex dress Chronometer with extended, flared lugs comes on a new black leather strap.
