Rolex Royal ref. #6144 Item #1658 Sold

Rarely seen in all original condition, this C-1951 Rolex Royal even retains its original Super Oyster crown. Most have been converted to the more common screw-down crown because the Super Oysters are becoming very rare. The dial still has its original finish, never redone. The hands are also original. The stainless steel case measures 32 mm and has been lightly refinished. The signed Rolex manual wind movement features 15 jewels and comes fully serviced including a new mainspring and crystal. It runs as it should and keeps very good time. Comes on a new black leather strap.
