IWC Porsche Design Chronograph ref. #3702 Item #1750 Price $3750

Outstanding, all original condition on this vintage (1980s) IWC Porsche Design chronograph. The unique case design features integrated chronograph pushers and is made of solid titanium. It measures 42 mm and comes on with its original signed titanium bracelet. The movement is signed IWC twice. Once on the automatic rotor and once on the main plate. It is the IWC cal. #790 with 25 jewels, automatic winding and quick-set for both the day and date. It is based on the Valjoux 7750, but IWC reworks it for their use. The dial and hands are original. Both are in great condition as is the sapphire crystal. The case and bracelet show very little signs of wear. The only real issue is some watch repairer used the wrong opener on the caseback and has left marks. Since the case looks as if it has never been polished, I decided to leave it as is. Also the serial number is engraved on the caseback and any refinishing would effect it. The watch comes serviced with the case and bracelet cleaned only. Very Collectable!
